Black and white is when people pretend a lot. They lie about everything they have, they want to deceive you to get what they desire. They don’t even care about your feelings. They are ready to strip you off of all you have. This is due to peer pressure, jealousy etc, they want to get to some higher level which of course may not be their destiny. A good example is in a relationship, whereby one of them starts the relationship based on lies, they have seen that they can get a lot of goodies from the partner and tends to lie or pretends to get it. Look at this, a guy likes a lady and because the lady is more well to do, he pretends about all he is to this girl. He never went to the university, he has never traveled out before, he doesn’t have enough money in his account, he is far from what he claims to be. These two people starts a relationship, the lady is happy and feels fulfilled, she has found the best guy ever. Nothing they say is hidden under the sun, so somehow, the lady gets to find out that this guy is not who he claims to be …… people have been telling her but because she was deeply in love, she played deaf to the advice given to her. Finally she finds out the truth, what do you expect her to do???? How do you expect her to take it???? There is forgiveness, but that is not enough. The question is why did he lie? Is it that the lady can’t accept him as he is? Let’s face the fact, there are lots of good ladies out there that won’t mind giving a chance to such guy no matter how they are. Check it out, there are also some guys ready to be with a low class girl as far as she has the good character and ability to build herself over time and they actually looking for such women.
Even in business, people do lie and pretend, in normal friendship between some girls or guys, they have pretenders among themselves. Is the showing off of what you or the other person have, the best cars, the amount of money in your account, the expensive shoes, clothes you wear and so many other things to compare with one other. My problem is that some of these people who pretend or lie, they don’t even do it well. At the end of the day, they get caught in the act. Imagine their faces, it is as if the earth should swallow them up. It leads to disgrace.
No one is perfect in this world of ours, no one can have all the things they desire, even if you do, there will still be a little comma, I think. Why pretend, why lie, why deceive people around you just to get whatever you are hoping to get, why can’t you be the person you are, be sincere and truthful. You live in a mansion, yet you actually live in a flat. If people don’t want you as a friend, girlfriend or boyfriend, leave them alone, the right and good people will surely come your way. Be straight in your ways and not crooked, it won’t pay. Be yourself, your parents expect you to be good and responsible people in the society. This life, we all will live inside it but which part do you choose to live it? The truth will always come out no matter how long it will takes, even if you pretend or lie and it is really working for you, one day, one day, monkey go go market and no go return.
Don’t be someone you are not. Be who you are sincerely. Best is yet to come. Don’t be black and white. The truth would always set you free.
