NEW YORK (WABC) — “All the arrows are pointed in the right direction,” Gov. Cuomo says as five regions of New York state prepare to partially reopen on Friday.
Central New York is the latest to meet all seven metrics for reopening. The region joins the North Country, the Southern Tier, the Mohawk Valley and the Finger Lakes to enter phase one of the process.
With the exception of those regions, Cuomo extended the stay-at-home directive until June 13. This does not mean that a region, once it meets all conditions for phase one, has to wait for June 13.
