CHERISH THE MOMENTS

Looking at the child I take care of everyday, I look at something that is way beyond babysitting him. It’s something different, sometimes I get to complain about watching over him, I want time for myself and relax and do my stuff and the funny thing is when he is not around, I feel empty (laughing), some people are going to attack me on this writeup. He makes me want to beat him especially when he does a lot of scattering, he will just mess up everywhere and you will be like what kind of thing is this? He surely knows when he has done something wrong and he has this face that you won’t want to spank him.

Taking care of Kachi, my nephew, could be hard but the moments we share is worth to cherish. We sometimes take a lot of things for granted. We forget the reason for having people around us. It’s just like how men or women date people for a while and break up with them. They hurt them badly, their feelings are squashed and it’s hard to restore them especially mentally. Months or years later, the person who broke their hearts begins to regret it and can’t go back to them and some are lucky to have them back. Life, they say is karma. What you reap is what you sow. Valuable things or people are not recognized at an early stage, it is when it is gone that you realize how important it was to you and what it truly meant.

No one wants pressure or too much noise, nagging, and pain around but is it not worth it to hold onto what you have than lost it. It is also like death, when your loved one was alive, you were not there to take care of the person, as soon as he or she dies, you will cry the loudest and people will begin to feel for you. Meanwhile, truly in your heart, you never cared or loved that person for a second, what a laugh. If the dead should wake up, they will whip you over and over to the extent you can’t move your body anymore. We do make mistakes, we do have our setbacks and all kind of kinds of stuff but a little time with the people who truly loves you won’t remove anything from you.

This life is so unpredictable and we don’t know what will happen next. Let us not regret the things that matters most but let us cherish the moments. It’s truly worth it.
