CAPTURED

Lost in our world, we search desperately for a way out of the circumstances that entangle us. We long for an escape—a quick solution that will make everything disappear. Yet, we find ourselves trapped, surrounded by towering walls too high to climb. Many times, we wonder if we will ever break free. The enemy has gone too far, robbing us of what rightfully belongs to us. We feel lost, hopeless, and defeated. Our hearts ache.

Like Joseph in the Bible, we have been cast into a pit, sold into slavery, unsure if we will ever return to our loved ones. We are unfulfilled—whether in our jobs, businesses, or relationships with our partners, friends, and family. Nothing brings us true satisfaction. Instead, we accept what is beneath us, settling for less because it seems like the only option. We are pushed back again and again, held hostage by fear, as if a loaded gun is pointed at our heads, unsure whether we will live or die.

Sometimes, we cry out for mercy, but even when it seems heard, we remain trapped. We survive on false promises whispered by the enemy, and in desperation, many sell their souls to the devil. Unlike Jesus, who resisted the enemy’s temptations by standing on God’s Word after His forty days and nights of fasting, we struggle to say no. Fear paralyzes us, making us believe there is no way out, even when we know the truth. The enemy deceives us, making us doubt God’s power to save, urging us to bow before him instead.

But guess what? Just like Joseph, whose story ended in victory as he became a prime minister and saw his dreams fulfilled, we, too, can rise again. We have been captured by sin, but this is not God’s plan for us. It’s time to break free. Let God rescue you, and you will find peace, joy, and laughter once more.

You were never meant to be held captive forever. Come out and be saved.

Jesus is ready to set you free—forever.

Welcome Him today. God bless you.
