FRED is someone who has a soft heart and kindest soul ever. Everyone loves him and respects him. Fred is married to Ruth, she is a very beautiful lady that everyone thought they will marry but Fred married her at the end ( GOD’s PLAN). Fred is extra rich, he can buy anything for his wife, Ruth. She loves Fred a lot. They are both strong Christians. The church knows them for their service and giving. But they have been waiting on God for a child for six years now. Well, the problem is from Ruth but still, Fred doesn’t mind. Everyone expects Fred to divorce Ruth and re-marry but he refused. Now Fred allows Ruth to do anything she wants as far as she is happy despite the fact that she has no child and a lot of people criticize their marriage.
Few months later, Ruth gets to meet some group of friends and they were happy to receive Ruth into their clique. Ruth now, began to over spend her husband’s money, she will travel with these friends round the world, shop, book hotels and more enjoyment. She was negatively influenced by these friends. Ruth later had two young boyfriends, one named Steve and the other, Jimmy, who were under 23. These two guys, unknown to Ruth are both going to the same university. She was enjoying herself, travel with them, bought them clothes and shoes and cars. None of the guys knew each other at all. Coming back to Fred, Ruth’s husband, he didn’t mind the spending, though he complained at some point in time but Ruth always had an answer to back it up.
So, time passed by, Ruth is still dating these two guys. It was on a Sunny Saturday afternoon, Ruth drove to Jimmy’s house which she had bought for him. It was Jimmy’s birthday. Ruth set up a fabulous birthday party at the house. Friends from his school and classmates were all there. Unknown to Ruth, Steve passed the house to go see a friend of his at the school hostel and noticed that the car looked so much like that of Ruth, his sugar mummy. He just said “ anyone can buy this car, she is not the only one who is so rich to buy such car” . So, Steve continued going to see his friend, when he got to his friend’s hotel, Greg. Greg told him to follow him to his classmate’s birthday party at his own house that his sugar mummy bought for him. Steve agreed and they both went to the party. They both got to Jimmy’s house and Steve remembered that he passed the house earlier. He entered the house with Greg. They both joined the party and were having fun. Jimmy came out of his master’s bedroom and greeted everyone, hugged them, his voice was loud, so much excitement and rejoicing. Jimmy even hugged and greeted Steve innocently. Later on, Ruth comes out of the master’s bedroom and went to hug Jimmy that she had to leave early because of Fred, he eats home made food for dinner. Jimmy was sad and was begging her to stay longer, during the time of begging, Steve who was at a corner of the house, eating and drinking just slightly turned, and he was shaking his head to the music playing and noticed Ruth. Now at this point, Ruth was kissing Jimmy and saying goodbye and in so much hurry to go home. Steve got up from his sit and went to them, Steve shouted and scattered everywhere. Jimmy was confused and Ruth hid her face in shame as she saw that it was Steve, her second boyfriend. The two guys started fighting and trust students of nowadays, they were videoing the fight, instead of separating them. Ruth tried to separate them but she couldn’t. She was even pushed to the ground. It was three ladies that helped her up and she quickly ran to her car and drove straight to one of her friend’s house.
Her friend, Lucy allowed her in and agreed for her to stay with her for some days. Four days past, the video of the fight with so much hashtags had reached to millions of people in the world. Fred has a friend called Ayo. Ayo drove straight to see Fred. Fred has the latest iPhone but he doesn’t like social media of any kind. He is more of a workaholic and sport person. So Ayo came to his home and showed him the video. Fred was shocked, it can never be his wife, never. He got furious with Ayo. He walked him out, he just couldn’t believe it. Fred protected Ruth, fought for her, gave her everything, they had a happy marriage. That same day, at night, Ruth came back to the house and was so scared. Fred went to her, he was confused on why she was shaking in fear like robbers were chasing after her or he will beat her. Fred took her to the sitting room, told her to calm down, gave her a cold water to drink. Still, Ruth was afraid and decided to confess. Fred was mad. He couldn’t not forgive her. He told her to pack up everything she had and leave his house.
Three months later, after so many people from both families have been coming to meet Fred and asking him to forgive Ruth and start afresh, Fred decided to forgive her and took Ruth back. A year later, Ruth discovered she was pregnant. Fred was happy and it was a wonderful celebration. To God be the glory, they are blessed with two kids.
Now, you will say, where is Nancy.A going with this story? It’s nowhere else but Jesus way. We have all gone away from him, disobeyed his commandments, done all sorts of thing that are of the world but yet He welcomes us back. Fred was taken for granted by Ruth. He never saw that coming at all. You see, not all of us can be as Ruth, who was forgiven, accepted back, blessed with the fruit of the womb and abundant blessings received and above all, the grace to repent. It can become too late for us to go back. But now, God is still available for us to seek Him first. God loves us. Satan will only deceive you and you will loose your soul in vain. Jesus Christ is coming back the second time, you all need to believe it. The message is clear, come back home to Jesus now oooo.
